We are seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to lead our team in the Cheltenham shop. You will work with volunteers, managing donated goods to maximize sales and shop contribution.
Your role will help raise vital funds to support our frontline work, making a real difference to young people in England. You should be driven, focused on revenue, and possess good communication skills to engage with the community and build support for the shop.
As an Assistant Shop Manager, you will support the Shop Manager in leading a diverse team of volunteers. Great people skills and confidence in working with individuals from various backgrounds are essential to create a welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, and supporters.
