Leisure and Activities Manager
Location: The Mole Resort
Basic Salary : £35,000 per year
Hours per week: 40

Here at The Mole Resort, we have
lunched a brand-new resort set in 120 acres of beautiful Devon countryside,
jam-packed with delicious food and drink and a whole lot of exciting
activities.
As a Leisure Manager you are expected to lead the team in delivering a professional, friendly service to
our guests demonstrating a good understanding of the products and services
available while managing costs in line with budget.
What will I be doing?
As a Leisure and Activities Manager at The
Mole you will assist visitors to the club with direction and understanding of
the facilities. You will also be responsible for keeping the facilities in a
clean and tidy condition for client’s comfort, as well as work to achieve
departmental targets. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the
following tasks to the highest standards:
· Leading the teams in achieving the department’s goals

Handling membership inquiries and processing correctly
. Organising and maanging the activities team ensuring a high quality, organised service to our guests.

Payment handling and financial control
·
Lead fitness classes amd other activities
· Manage and maintain pool and spa facilities.
·
Ensure hygiene/cleanliness standards are at the highest levels.
·
Reporting any faults or maintenance issues to the correct department
·
Following operating procedures for opening and closing the facility
·
Communicating to guests in a professional friendly manner
·
Complying with current health and safety legislation
·
Liaising with other departments promoting teamwork
