WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at our Watford office.

An excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join our highly functioning accounts receivable team. In this role, you will assist in helping the resolution of customer queries to ensure timely payments of accounts to terms.

What You’ll Need
* The successful individual will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
* Experience and ability to pick up the phone and confidently chase debt due, as well as dealing with queries in a timely manner to ensure payment of accounts is made to terms.
* Experience of processing Direct Debit payments on a monthly basis, resolving any related queries, such as copy invoices.
* Ensuring and maintaining the Dealer Accounts, ensuring that payment is made to terms, and confidently chasing the debt of overdue accounts.
* Working closely with our operations teams to resolve customer queries.
* Complete Monthly Customer Statements within the allocated time frames.
* Experience of providing administrative support to the team and producing invoices and credit notes and processing customer payments.
* Experience of resolving queries on customer accounts and coming to a resolution.
And Any Experience of These Would Be Really Useful
* Experience of NetSuite would be an advantage but not essential.
* Ability to prioritise own workload.
* Ability to multi-task.
* An excellent communicator and relationship-builder.
* Proactive and determined.
* A confident and friendly personality.
* Excel/PC literate.
