The Role
To coordinate and manage the onboarding of new clients. This is the first experience a client has of Azets after the sale process so it is vital that we provide an efficient service and positive experience whilst complying with regulations and procedures. The key activity is to onboard new clients to the business in line with the agreed terms of engagement.
Undertaking a series of, sometimes complex checks on the client and all linked parties, to comply with our anti-money policy, verifying and validating the documentation and ensuring the clients’ situation is corroborated by the information provided.
Key Accountabilities
* Lead onboarding calls with Clients.
* Advise and guide clients of the onboarding process.
* Liaise with Direct Line Manager/key stakeholders to ascertain priorities for onboarding of new client payrolls and ad-hoc projects.
* Work with the Onboarding Administrator to ensure a seamless transition for the client.
* Onboard clients onto our preferred software.
* Check and balance customer data before and after data conversions.
* Set all new clients up in the agreed format.
* Ensure clients are onboarded in line with our standard process.
* Identify and effectively manage service creep to ensure services remain profitable.
* Ensure all essential system fields are complete before handing over to a Payroll Team.
* Support and complete an in-depth handover with the ongoing processing teams following a new payroll setup and take responsibility for the ongoing success.
* Continuously update the Onboarding Manual.
* Effectively manage expectations, both internally and externally.
Skills & Experience
* Maintain a high level of technical payroll, pensions, and systems knowledge through CPD.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Attention to detail and solid problem-solving abilities, adapting to the ever-changing environment and reacting quickly to overcome challenges.
* Ability to build strong mutual relationships with potential customers and new clients.
* Ability to handle pressure well whilst managing conflicting priorities.
* Be highly responsive in communication both internally and externally.
