This role is a mix of office and on-site work, requiring frequent travel between properties. What You'll Do: ✔ Act as the main point of contact for residents, handling queries and complaints. ✔ Arrange appointments and keep residents informed of work schedules. What You'll Need: ✔ Customer service experience (CSR background not essential). ✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills. ✔ Ability to adapt and engage with different people. ✔ Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office).
