What You’ll Be Doing: This position will provide administrative support to the FCS & Environ Finance Supervisor. During a Typical Day, You’ll: Oversee the day to day running of the department. SCRAP ADMINISTRATION Invoice all scrap material from our client and their external locations. Update SharePoint with monthly sales documentation. Control and manage the Environ customer Terms and Condition’s Record all material traded each month from Environ & our client’s Plants Record documents required for the mutilation of Prototype material. Processing and recording of Monthly Tenders and Specialist Tenders for all our client’s UK plants and external locations. Raise credit notes. Raise invoices for Environ UK & DE department on our client’s SAP (iERP) system. Assist with maintaining customer information file (waste carriers license etc) Prepare Month End Finance reports for review by Operations Manager & Environ Finance Supervisor. Ensure the department Desk Procedures are kept up to date. Any other administrative duties requested by Environ Management. Assist with the process of department Purchase Orders MONTH END TASKS Prepare month end financial reports for presentation to Operation Manager/FCS & Environ Finance Supervisor. Prepare all Environ month end Journal entries for review by FCS & Environ Finance Supervisor. Calculate vehicle month end reserves. Calculate scrap month end reserves. Oversee the GBS Debtors meetings alongside the FCS & Environ Finance Supervisor. What You Bring to the Role: Previous practiced administrative experience is essential. Previous practiced finance experience is essential. Previous experience of SAP. Secondary School qualifications or similar\: GCSE/O Grades/N/SVQ’s Level 1&2 or equivalent experience. Skills Proficient user of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Professional telephone manner and strong communication skills. Ability to understand, create and present reports using Excel. High levels of accuracy and strong attention to detail for written communication. Excellent administration and organisation skills. In depth understanding/knowledge of SharePoint. Ability to work alone with financial or complex information. Ability to work to tight deadlines.
