A Vacancy at Birmingham and Solihull Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust.
We are a close-knit team of experienced trainers who look after the ICT training requirements for all IT users in the Trust.
You will form part of a quick-paced team of compassionate, supportive colleagues who are keen for you to join us in an administrative capacity. You will be the first port of call for all training enquiries and bookings.
To provide an efficient and effective administrative and training support service to the ICT Systems Training Team.
Schedule staff training courses and allocate trainers to appropriate training sessions.
Communicate effectively with a variety of staff and deal with large volumes of university students on various training programmes. To provide administrative support to other ICT and corporate teams with regards to students to ensure that everything runs smoothly for their placement in the Trust.
This is an 18 month fixed term post.

This role gives the opportunity for hybrid working and you will typically be asked to work in a hybrid way, working from your home and also from Trust HQ The Uffculme Centre, or any other agreed site.
