The Behaviour Lead will play a key role in our small school community and be an advocate of effective models of support for individual pupils and groups. This role reports directly to the Principal, and represents an exciting opportunity to have a meaningful impact on the lives of children with SEMH needs. We are looking for a Behaviour Lead, to support the school in developing and implementing reward and behaviour management systems, which are tailored to the needs of our pupils and align with our therapeutic approach as a school.
