This role is for a 22 month fixed term contract, based in Erskine, Scotland.

Manufacturing Operative – Traineeship: Sign Manufacture and Associated Products. No sector experience necessary but your military mindset and transferable skills are essential!
This role is aimed primarily at veterans with disabilities, mental or physical, and/or those who have struggled to re-adjust to civilian life after their career in the military. Military family members are also encouraged to apply.

This opportunity is a 22-month traineeship during which time you will complete on the job training in all of the skills required to help us continue to deliver our exceptional products to the UK market, including some of the largest signs on Scotland’s Motorways. You will work towards an NVQ diploma in "Performing Manufacturing Operations" during work time and also complete certificated qualifications in Health and Safety and associated subjects, all with the support of an in-house Training Manager. You will also receive personalised welfare and development support, including support to undertake placements in industry and to find employment aligned with your strengths and interests at the end of the traineeship.
