We are looking for a Lettings Assistant to support the management of HMO properties within the student accommodation sector. This role involves maintaining high occupancy rates, ensuring properties are well-managed, and delivering good customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lettings & Marketing – Assist with marketing strategies to attract tenants and maximise occupancy.
* Property Viewings – Conduct property tours for prospective tenants.
* Customer Service – Be the main point of contact for residents and prospective tenants, handling queries effectively.
* Property Management – Support property upkeep, liaising with maintenance teams and contractors to ensure standards and compliance.
* Tenant Relations – Maintain tenant communication to support satisfaction and retention.
* Operational Support – Assist with check-ins, check-outs, inspections, and end-of-tenancy processes.
Requirements:
* Experience – Some experience in property management, ideally in student accommodation.
* Organisational Skills – Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
* Customer Focus – Commitment to providing good service and maintaining high occupancy.
* Flexibility – Willingness to travel between sites in Derby.
