Some of the amazing things you’ll be involved in: Owning and executing product initiatives that shape the future of Iress’ mortgage software offerings. Partnering with Engineering, Commercial, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver impactful software solutions. Conducting deep market and product research to understand client needs and regulatory requirements. Creating, refining, and delivering against a product roadmap that aligns with our vision, strategy, and client goals. Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure a smooth delivery across the full product lifecycle—from research and discovery to launch and beyond. Acting as the voice of the customer to ensure every product delivers an exceptional user experience. Leading the creation of user documentation, go-to-market strategies, and performance monitoring plans. What you will bring: Solid understanding of the UK Mortgage Market; knowledge of mortgage advice is a bonus. Experience in product management—ideally in a software or fintech environment. Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable, user-focused technology solutions. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Confidence in making product decisions and setting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and decision-making. Awareness of web technologies and the software development lifecycle. CEMAP qualifications are desirable but not essential.
