Job summary An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Medicine Division at North West Anglia Foundation Trust, based dual site between Peterborough City Hospital and Hinchingbrooke Hospital (with a requirement to attend Stamford, Doddington and Ely sites). The role is for a Divisional Operations Manager on a permanent contract at a Band 8B. Main duties of the job If you have experience within a service management (or equivalent role), which includes working within a Hospital or similar setting, combined with a passion for creativity and forward thinking, then we would like you to be part of our team. You will be responsible for championing the operational functioning of a CBU and continuing to develop, enhance and grow our Divisional operational team. You will be expected to liaise closely with ward MDTs, operational, nursing and medical teams as well as wider stakeholders in relation to key operational targets.
