Services Coordinator Excellent opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join successful, growing IT services and satellite communications organization that operate in the land sea and air space and work with both commercial and defence/ military sector clients. The role will be based onsite 5 days per week in Orian Buisness Park area North Shields. Hours are 8.30am to 5pm with a degree of flexibility sought. You must be eligible for or hold current UK SC level security clearance for this role. Minimum 5 years UK referenceable work history. You will need excellent customer services and relationship skills as well as administrative and coordination skills. The role: Coordinate customer service requirements professionally and ensure client expectations or met/ managed Accurately process requirements and escalate issues where needed Ensure customer and all associated parties are kept fully informed of all service details and follow ups Provide administrative support and back up to the Technical Service Coordination Manager Key responsibilities: Liaise with Service Manager to ensure all service and sales enquiries are responded to promptly with excellent customer service Administer quotes, service requests, purchase orders and service invoices accurately and promptly, chasing third parties where needed Arrange service visits by in-house and third-party engineers, providing spares where needed, liaising with all parties to provide effective service support inline with warranty and product maintenance commitments Compile and issue invoices to clients and upload to finance Maintain good commercial awareness of the marketplace and client account activity and needs for products and services Support Service Manager and Service Director in proactively supporting clients to develop and grow customer relationships Support in the management and maintenance is company ISO etc standards Key skills and experience sought: Strong customer focus and commercial awareness Able to work under own initiative, delegate and multi-task Able to navigate difficult issues through to completion and pre-empt problems from arising Excellent customer relationship skills via phone, email and face to face Thrive in a fast-paced environment
