FINANCE ASSISTANT - ACCOUNTS PAYABLE Our Finance department provides a centrally located finance function to the whole company overseeing all services across Europe and US, addressing all issues and processing payments to meet the demands of staff, customers and suppliers. As our Accounts Payable Assistant, you will support the department with accounts payables activities. This includes processing invoices, reconciling vendor accounts and overseeing a healthy aged payables report. You will assist with ad hoc administration tasks and help document and maintain our finance procedures, updating and implementing them wherever necessary. Our teams work cross-functionally and collaboratively to make our ambitious goals happen; strong communication and the ability to work flexibly is key for this role to deliver an exceptional service to our staff or external clients. Our finance team is critical to driving the company to future success, always guaranteeing sustainable profitable growth. In more detail your role will include: Managing accounting entries, processing documents, payments and recording financial transactions and completing accounts payables reconciliations. Supports the quality and timeliness of Internal procedures with general ledger reporting. Ensures the month end timetable is adhered to and all daily / weekly / monthly tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Ad-hoc tasks as instructed We would love to hear from you if you have Proven work experience as an accounts payable assistant or similar role. Studying AAT or ACCA/CIMA is an advantage. Knowledge of financial and accounting concepts and procedures. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong communication skills both spoken and written. Excellent time management and organisational skills. The ability to adapt in a changing, growing environment.
