We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Management Accountant / Admin Manager to join a successful multi-site retail business headquartered in Wales. With 13 locations across the country and an annual turnover of £28 million, this growing company offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take on a leadership role. Assignment Details Reporting directly to the Managing Director Overseeing day-to-day financial operations Supporting a small accounts team (2 staff members) Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports Monitoring budgets, forecasts, and cash flow Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies Liaising with external accountants to complete quarterly and annual returns Assisting with strategic financial planning and decision-making Will be involved in the planned software implementation to SAGE 200 Skills Required A relevant financial qualification (e.g., AAT,ACCA, CIMA, ACA) is preferred but relevnt experience will be prioritised Proven experience in a similar role (Management Accountant or Finance Manager) Strong leadership and communication skills A hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail Experience working in a multi-site or retail environment is advantageous
