Job Description
My client is a VC-backed, rapidly growing fintech company revolutionising how UK businesses manage their cash flow by providing them with innovative and flexible loan solutions. Their mission is to empower SMEs by offering them the financial tools they need to grow and thrive, all backed by quick decisions and easy-to-use technology.
As they expand, they are looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to take ownership of the post-sales client journey, from loan disbursement through to renewal. You’ll need to be able to build strong relationships with customers, support daily operations, and help customers maximise the value of our platform.
This role is hybrid working, with 3 days a week being based from their office in the City of London.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with customers to understand their funding needs and tailor solutions with our credit team
2. Manage loan servicing, including processing requests and disbursements
3. Identify opportunities for renewals and upsells through strong relationships
4. Monitor loan usage and share insights with credit, finance, and tech team
5. Gather and report customer feedback to drive product and service improvements
