The Team Administrator role is both exciting and challenging, offering significant opportunities for career development.
You will provide key support by communicating with clients to ensure they are informed of the next steps in their conveyancing journey and by facilitating their sales progression. You will also liaise with solicitors to assist with conveyancing and troubleshoot issues, as well as work with mortgage brokers to ensure clients’ mortgages progress within the required timescales.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact, managing incoming calls and email queries.
Assist in guiding clients through their journey, ensuring clear communication of next steps.
Liaise with external partners to facilitate processes and troubleshoot any challenges.
Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely progression of necessary procedures.
