Our Aberdeen location is opening soon, and we’re looking for an experienced and driven Restaurant General Manager to lead the launch and shape the future of this exciting new site. Key Responsibilities:
We’re looking for confident, adaptable individuals excited to be part of something new. You’ll receive full training to help you settle into the Maki & Ramen way and lead with confidence from day one.
As Restaurant General Manager, you'll play a key role in launching and running our new Aberdeen site. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of day-to-day operations – from managing the team and ensuring exceptional customer service, to driving performance, maintaining high standards, and delivering strong commercial results. Some of your responsibilities are listed below and are not limited to:
* Manage restaurant's overall operations - day to day operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
* Managing Staff from various areas, including front of house, bar and back of house. Ensure high-level hiring, training and provide positive leadership and motivation.
* Ensure excellent customer service while addressing complaints and feedback promptly.
* Maintain budgets and track expenses while monitoring sales trends, revenue and expenses.
* Health and Safety Compliance - high food standards, sanitation protocols and workplace safety guidelines.
* Handling administrative duties such as payroll management, setting rotas and record-keeping.
