HR Systems Advisor
Location: Cheltenham (On-site 3 days per week)
Salary: £38,000
Are you passionate about HR data, systems, and early careers programmes? We are looking for an HR Systems Advisor to play a key role in managing HR data, coordinating key people initiatives, and driving improvements in HR systems and reporting. This role offers an exciting blend of HR analytics, programme coordination, and stakeholder engagement within a large, high-performing manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Systems & Data Management
* Maintain and improve HR and Time Management Systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
* Support the review and implementation of an upgraded HR system.
* Analyse key people metrics, including diversity, performance, pay review, and talent planning.
* Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide clear insights to stakeholders.
* Ensure data integrity by implementing validation and cleaning processes.
Programme Coordination & HR Support
* Support and coordinate key HR events and processes, ensuring compliance with policies and best practices.
* Engage with stakeholders to understand their HR data and reporting needs, presenting insights and recommendations.
* Assist in managing HR compliance and process efficiency.
Early Careers Programme Management
* Play a critical role in delivering and developing the company’s award-winning Apprenticeship programme.
* Oversee recruitment campaigns to attract diverse talent and manage apprenticeship intakes.
* Build relationships with partner colleges and ensure effective use of the Apprenticeship Levy.
* Manage the full apprenticeship lifecycle, from onboarding to programme completion.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Skills
* Relevant qualification in HR, Business, or Data Analytics (CIPD Level 5 or equivalent preferred).
* Experience with HR systems, Excel, and Power BI.
* Ability to use or quickly learn programming languages such as SQL.
* Strong analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights.
