We’re searching for an experienced, hands-on, and detail-oriented Commercial Support Manager to join our dynamic team. You’ll be proactive, analytical, and have a natural flair for delivering exceptional administrative and analytical support to our commercial team. This role can be worked either from one of our London-based properties or Holiday Inn Express Heathrow Terminal 5.
The Role:
As a Commercial Support Manager, you’ll be responsible for delivering administrative and analytical support to the commercial team. You’ll be involved in producing various commercial reports, supporting the revenue management team, and liaising with the marketing team to ensure all collateral is fit for purpose. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Populating and responding to RFPs on behalf of the sales team.
* Producing daily, weekly, and monthly commercial reports.
* Supporting the revenue management team with updating weekly forecast files.
* Preparing annual forecast/budget files for the revenue team.
* Ensuring all accepted RFPs have the correct SRP/Rate codes built in each property management system.
* Managing the creation and updating of a comprehensive balanced scorecard for each member of the sales team.
* Liaising with marketing on the production of all collateral required by the sales team.
* Booking spaces for sales team to attend and exhibit at approved exhibitions and events.
* Supporting with PO creation as required.
The Person:
As well as having previous proven administration experience, you’ll have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be flexible and adaptable to change. You’ll have a keen attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and a can-do attitude.
