An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN or RNLD Nurse to work in an exceptional hospital based in the Stapleton, Bristol area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse (RMN or RNLD) with a current active NMC Pin.
As a Nurse, your key duties include:
* Adopting a systemic, individual approach to all patient care plans and communicating the outcomes to the clinical team both verbally and in writing, ensuring all CPA and risk assessment documentation is kept up to date.
* Ensuring effective communication of any concerns relating to patient care.
* Deputising in the absence of the Ward Manager and their Deputy to manage the staffing and clinical needs of the ward as required.
* Supporting and supervising new or junior staff.
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
* Knowledge of the Mental Health/Capacity Act and its implications for practice.
* Patient-centric approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
* Fine-tuned decision-making skills.
* Excellent organisational capacity and effective communication skills.
* Flexibility and a strong "can do" attitude.
* Strong desire to work within PICU to Rehabilitation services.
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary up to £38,716.40 per annum DOE. We currently have permanent vacancies for both day and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
