Join our dedicated team as a Senior Social Care Worker at the Langness Unit, Southlands, and help us provide exceptional care in a warm, welcoming, and person-centred environment. In this rewarding role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the needs of our residents are met, while offering support to both residents and their families. You’ll work closely with keyworkers, conducting assessments, and creating, implementing, and reviewing personalized care plans.

Annual leave starting from 21 days and 10 Bank Holidays; your annual leave will increase after your first year and again after your third year.
