Stephen James Consulting are exclusively representing an established elderly provider, in their search for an Operations Manager. This pivotal role will be accountable for managing their flagship home, comprising of 150 + beds, split over 4 large units.
* You will form part of senior leadership team (SMT) whose focus is to provide the best quality care across the organisation to cement their reputation as one of the leading regional providers in the country.
* The successful candidate will have direct responsibility for the delivery of commercial and quality objectives across the portfolio Care Homes.
* You will lead the development on your team, developing succession plans within the region to facilitate their growth objectives over the medium term.
Criteria for the Operations Manager opportunity:
* Ideally you will hold a clinical qualification (RGN/RMN) – but not essential significant experience in leading multiple healthcare teams, with a management or leadership qualification desirable.
* In-depth knowledge of CQC requirements and managing the inspection process.
* Experience in managing organisational change effectively leading to service improvement.
* Able to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen, within a fast-paced care environment.
This opportunity will be appropriate for candidates with experience of the elderly care sector as an Area Manager, Regional Manager or Operations Manager.
The role of Operations Manager is offering £85,000 - £95,000 salary range is dependent on candidate experience, you will be joining a forward-thinking elderly care provider, as our client gives first-class care and support for older people.
