Key Responsibilities:
* International P&L consolidated reporting, preparing and explaining the OPEX variance analysis related to International, including review of regional P&L results.
* Completing analytical monthly close reviews and meetings for P&L results with each of the International entities (key SOX control).
* International Compensation - Bonus and Sales Commissions - analyze, prepare, post and review journal entries for bonus accruals covering all international regions.
* Operating expenses - prepare GRE and facility-related accruals and expense analysis across all EMEA countries.
* CPE Revenue and Cost matching by customer for EMEA, including preparing and posting accruals and deferrals.
* Key Contributor to planning, implementation and troubleshooting for general accounting such as FTMO Qlik reporting, Verizon 2.0 reporting structure, DEOU GL use analysis as well as any Acquisition/divestiture system implementation activities.
* Providing a vision and structure for International reporting going forward, aligning with Domestic wherever feasible.
* Supporting International ESG and Climate reporting data requests.
* Working with Key stakeholders to answer queries and provide meaningful reporting and analysis, aligning with FP&A, M&A, Tax, Payroll etc.
* Accounting projects including 1ERP preparation, international reporting standardization and alignment (between P&L and BS) and month end timetable review and standardization across regions.
This role includes presenting results to senior management on a monthly basis, working with stakeholder groups across the company to understand variances and resolve reporting issues as and when they arise, key point of contact for large projects such as system implementations (understanding Impact for international), reporting changes and acquisitions/divestitures to support the smooth execution and reporting.

You’re organized, practical, and great at finding ways to simplify complex processes. You have solid accounting knowledge across a variety of topics and the ability to self-direct, run projects and meet deliverables. Providing mentorship and direction to others in an upbeat, positive manner comes naturally to you. Working independently is as comfortable for you as being part of a team.
You'll need to have:
* Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
* Experience in the preparation of general ledger postings and account reconciliations.
* Knowledge of accounting systems and applications including SAP, PeopleSoft, CPM/Essbase, Hyperion Financial Management, Blackline or related systems and applications.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
* Bachelor's degree in accounting.
* ACCA, ACA or CIMA certification.
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.
* Experience in dealing with technical accounting issues and projects.
* Knowledge of FASB and SEC requirements, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, accounting best practices, and cross functional accounting impacts.
* Experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and/or G Suite.
* Basic knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards.
* Experience in the design and implementation of accounting systems and applications.
* Advanced understanding of report query and design.
* Proven management skills.
* Demonstrated attention to detail and strong written and verbal communications skills.
