Automotive Paint Sprayer required in Rochester, Kent!
1. Basic Salary: up to £44,200 (£20.00 p/h)
2. 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00, with optional Saturdays + OT

Our client, an independent family run accident repair business based in Rochester, is currently seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prepping, painting and polishing vehicles inline with the industry leading standard our client provides.
This is a key role for the business, assisting customers get their cars back on the road quickly, and ensuring that their vehicle is repaired to a high standard. Our client offers a fantastic workshop, with a friendly working environment.

Duties of a Paint Sprayer with our Client:
10. Prepare vehicles for painting, including sanding, masking, and priming.
11. Mix paint to match manufacturer specifications and apply to vehicles using a spray gun.
12. Ensure a high-quality finish is achieved on all vehicles, and rectify any imperfections as required.
13. Keep the paint booth and surrounding areas clean and tidy.
14. Maintain equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and report any faults to management.
15. Always adhere to health and safety regulations.
What our client expects of their Paint Sprayer:
16. You must have your own paint spraying equipment
17. Able to work independently
18. Competent English Reading & Writing Skills
19. NVQ level 3 or senior ATA accreditation is preferable
20. Previous experience as an Automotive Paint Sprayer is essential.
21. Ability to mix and apply paint to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish.
22. Attention to detail and the ability to rectify imperfections.
23. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
24. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
25. Full UK driving license is preferred.
