Job summary Lead Nurse - Acute Medicine An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the acute Medicine Nursing leadership team. The post will be to support the Matron and ward teams throughout the directorate and is an excellent opportunity to develop leadership skills. We are looking for the post holder to be able to work effectively as part of a team. Main duties of the job This is a key developmental role supporting the Matron in Acute Medicine to lead the overall nursing performance of the directorate. The post holder will support the achievement of all local, organisational and national targets and standards. The post holder will provide visible leadership to staff within the directorate and ensure the delivery of agreed objectives and plans across the directorate's activities with the aim of securing.
