The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and talented General Manager for a large-scale business. It is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a high-volume, wet-led venue and lead a team at the top of their game. If you have a strong background in managing high-volume venues and multi-site operations, we want to hear from you!
The Ideal Candidate:
1. A strong background in wet-led venues with experience managing high-volume operations (A£200k+ per week desirable)
2. Experience managing multiple sites or multi-use venues with proven leadership abilities
3. Solid experience in managing and motivating large teams (100+ employees)
4. Experience in working alongside kitchen and events teams to create a seamless operation
5. Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, P&L, and profitability
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume venue (or multiple venues), ensuring efficiency and exceptional service standards
2. Lead and manage large teams of 100+ employees, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability
3. Work closely with kitchen and events teams to coordinate seamless service and events execution
4. Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and improve guest experiences
5. Manage large budgets and oversee P&L for the business, with a focus on maintaining profitability and performance
