What You’ll Be Doing
1. Leading Projects from Concept to Completion – Oversee everything from initial briefing to final installation, coordinating artwork creation, proofing, production, procurement, and installation.
2. Owning Budgets & Timelines – Keep projects on track, within scope, and financially sound.
3. Building Strong Client Relationships – Act as the primary contact, ensuring expectations are not only met but exceeded.
4. Collaborating with Internal Teams – Work closely with production, design, and logistics to ensure flawless execution.
5. Managing Change & Problem-Solving – Adapt to project variations while keeping commercial viability in mind.
6. Driving Continuous Improvement – Identify ways to optimize workflows, improve quality, and enhance efficiency.
What You Bring to the Team
1. At least three years of experience in project management, ideally within large format print or a related industry.
2. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
4. Commercial awareness with an understanding of budgets, margins, and how to maximize profitability.
5. A solution-focused mindset, able to anticipate challenges and resolve them efficiently.
6. Willingness to travel as needed for site visits and project installations.
