Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment during their stay. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will contribute significantly to the overall guest experience in our hotel.
Responsibilities
1. Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitising bathrooms.
2. Restock room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and linens as required.
3. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
4. Ensure that all public areas are kept clean and tidy throughout your shift.
5. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or inquiries.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations within the housekeeping department.
Requirements
1. Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not essential.
2. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
3. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
4. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
5. Physical stamina is required, as the role involves standing for extended periods and performing manual tasks.
6. A positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and colleagues alike.

Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: £11.44-£12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 30 per week
