What you’ll be doing:
1. Creating and activating customer data solutions that drive targeted marketing, personalised customer engagement, operational communications, and insightful reporting.
2. Leveraging platforms like Databricks and our Customer Data Platform (mParticle) to develop segmentations, profiles, and predictive models for real-time audience targeting.
3. Collaborating closely with data and CRM teams to establish measurement frameworks, set KPIs, and deliver actionable insights through tools like Tableau and Thoughtspot.
4. Ensuring data solutions are scalable, reliable, and empower business teams to self-serve the customer insights they need.
What you’ll need to do the role:
We’re looking for a skilled professional with significant experience in direct-to-consumer businesses and a solid understanding of e-commerce and customer experience (CX). You’ll have strong SQL and/or Python skills, with a proven ability to analyse and develop customer data from large datasets. Experience with Databricks, medallion architecture, and building deployable data products is essential, as is expertise in using Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) like mParticle or similar for data ingestion, audience creation, and activation. Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence for documentation, a self-motivated approach, and the ability to adapt to agile methodologies and a fast-paced environment are key. If you’re inquisitive, thrive on learning, and can work independently while delivering results, this role is for you.

Location & Hours of Work:
This full-time role will be based in LTN. We typically get together 3 times a week in the office (Hangar 89) or meet at our agency/partner offices to keep the creative juices flowing.
