Job Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive building surveys, oversee dilapidation surveys, defect analysis, due diligence reports alongside some project management and insurance reinstatement cost asssessments.
Ensure high-quality service delivery, meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Foster strong client relationships, contributing to business growth and new opportunities.
Candidate Requirements:
Must possess a Degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
Ideally you will be MRICS / SCSI accredited, but experience Surveyors will be considered who is keen to progress through their APC
Requires proven experience in a similar capacity, either in the UK or ROI.
