We are seeking a WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR to support all related activities based at our clients Exeter dealership.
Key activities will include:
* Processing warranty claims for both dealerships within the required timeframes and ensuring proper documentation.
* Verify all criteria required by the manufacturer.
* Reconcile all payments and posting of credits onto the warranty DMS software.
* Resubmit rejected claims promptly and follow up on payment of outstanding claims.
* Arrange for parts to be returned to the manufacturer or to be correctly disposed of.
* Maintain all records as required by the manufacturer to ensure successful audit outcomes.
Whilst specific experience as a Warranty Administrator is not essential, you will need main dealer Aftersales experience and to be familiar with the Kerridge dealer management system.
This is a Monday to Friday role, and the business can offer some flexibility as to how your hours are covered.
