This role ensures that franchisees and subcontractors meet customer expectations and adhere to company standards. It involves monitoring service quality, tracking performance to meet SLAs, and providing timely feedback to support improvement. A strong focus on relationship building and proactive collaboration with internal teams ensures that franchisees and subcontractors are equipped to succeed. Some of your key responsibilities include (but not limited to): Service Quality Monitoring: Track and monitor franchisee and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance Preparing work for subcontractors: Identify work which is to be passed to subcontractors Relationship Building: Foster open communication with franchisees and subcontractors to understand their needs and challenges. Offer insights for continuous improvement, empowering them to enhance operational performance and processes. Inbox Management: Manage the planning inbox Administrative tasks: Be organised and proactive in completion of tasks relating to subcontracting work. You will be required to raise and manage POs in a timely manner to ensure that our subcontractors have the correct level of authority and accurate descriptions of work to carry work out to the highest standards at our customers sites Data Management: Regularly update and cleanse Filta Track to ensure information is accurate and up to date. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with internal teams, including Sales, portal team and Install Support, to stay informed of customer changes, new accounts, and SLA requirements.
