We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced in-house recruiter to join our team at Orona Ltd on a 10 month FTC (Maternity Cover). Reporting to the HR Director, you will take ownership of the full end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of vacancies within a specific business region, working alongside hiring managers to identify and source quality candidates using a variety of methods.
Responsibilities include:
* Promote the Company’s reputation and the Orona Values
* Undertake initial role briefing meetings and attend weekly recruitment activity update calls/meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs and devise the best strategy for each region
* Proactively find and engage high-quality, diverse candidates directly from various channels
* Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards etc
* Direct approach suitable candidates
* Shortlist (CV review and telephone interview) and endorse candidates for open and projected job positions
* Build a pipeline for future hiring needs
* Co-ordinate the interview process with candidates and recruiting managers ensuring all parties receive regular updates throughout the process
* Manage the offer process and all associated administration
* Provide candidate feedback
* Support the wider HR team with onboarding activities
* Maintain precise and up-to-date recruitment activity records
* Deliver recruitment training
* Manage recruitment projects and campaigns
* Support with HR projects and initiatives
* Evaluate recruitment effectiveness through feedback, evaluations and monthly KPI reporting
Requirements and skills:
* Proven experience as an inhouse recruiter
* Strong experience in sourcing and attracting candidates using different methods including LinkedIn, Job Boards, Careers Fairs
* Proficient in MS Office
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
* Strong internal stakeholder management skills
* Industry experience would be highly desirable, but not essential
* Experience of hiring field and office based employees
