Job Purpose
To support a creative mother and her three children (two autistic) with daily tasks at home. This is due to the mother having a health condition which restricts her mobility.

Details
1. Ensuring children are ready for school taxi at 07:50am.
2. Preparation and serving of evening meal.
3. Complete any other household/family task that is deemed necessary.
4. Job share considered.
Person Specification

Essential
1. Full clean UK driving licence.
2. Car owner/driver with appropriate business insurance to use your vehicle for work purposes.
3. Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
4. Common sense and good organisational skills.
5. Family orientated and good with children.
6. Non-smoker.
Desirable
1. Ability to cook.
2. An understanding of autistic spectrum disorder (ASD).
Summary Terms and Conditions
1. The rate of pay for this position is £12.50 per hour.
2. You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.
3. Hours and times of work: Split hours 07:15am-08:15am and 16:00pm-18:00pm. 15hrs per week term time Monday-Friday. 20hrs per week during school holidays Monday-Friday (More hours available).
Other duties will be discussed if/when deemed appropriate but everything that will be expected will be explained prior to acceptance of the position.
Requirements
1. The post is subject to a satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
2. Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
3. Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
