About this role: Reporting to the Academy Director the U18 Head Coach will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the U18 squad and multi-disciplinary team. We are looking for a dynamic and driven individual, with experience of coaching outside of the UK, to play a vital role in helping to produce elite football players for Crystal Palace. Responsibilities: To coach and implement a playing style in line with the club-wide playing philosophy Manage, coach, motivate and develop players within the U18 squad Devise technical and tactical training sessions in line with the CPFC playing philosophy and player needs. Ensure cohesion and management of individual U18 players. Set, monitor and develop high-quality professional standards and team ethic for the players. Implement individual learning plans for players Work in collaboration with all Academy staff. Work in line with the strategy as agreed by the club. Support the annual review of the ‘game model’ content. Other duties and responsibilities as required by line manager. Upholding and promoting the Club’s policies and procedures, including Health and Safety, Safeguarding and Equal Opportunities policies and procedures. Experience, Skills and Qualifications: UEFA A-License or higher The candidate must have 3 years' experience at elite youth level, with a proven track record and supporting data on team and player development.
