They are responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing staff, and coordinating with various departments to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. You’ll help us make health happen by: The key responsibilities of our Administrator Manager typically include: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the village, including managing staff, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of residents by managing admission and termination procedures, addressing resident concerns, and maintaining high standards of service. Handling budgets, financial reporting, and ensuring that the village operates within its financial parameters. Facilitating effective communication between residents, staff, and external service providers. This includes organizing resident meetings and addressing any issues that arise. These responsibilities are crucial for creating a supportive and well-managed team. Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Previous experience in a managerial role, especially within the healthcare or retirement living industry, is highly valued. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential. The ability to manage staff, handle administrative tasks, and coordinate with various departments is crucial. Compassion, patience, and a customer-focused approach are important for ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of residents. A degree or diploma in business administration, management, or a related field would be desirable but not essential.
