We are working with a UK-based charity to find an experienced Marketing Manager who can take ownership of both day-to-day activity and long-term planning across multiple divisions. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference—supporting social enterprise, fundraising, and community outreach through effective and purposeful marketing.
This is not just about managing posts and newsletters—it’s about delivering campaigns that matter. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the organisation’s values and messaging are clearly communicated across all platforms, both internally and externally.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the organisation’s marketing calendar and aligning activity across B2B and B2C audiences.
* Managing and mentoring a small, creative team (2 direct reports).
* Planning and delivering multi-channel campaigns, including social media, CRM, content, and email.
* Playing a key role in B2B engagement, especially through LinkedIn, and supporting fundraising initiatives.
* Using data and insights to monitor campaign performance and improve future results.
* Taking ownership of CRM activity (Mailchimp), and exploring opportunities to grow the organisation’s digital reach.
* Supporting internal communications and ensuring consistent brand messaging.
We are looking for someone who:
* Has 5+ years’ experience in a marketing and communications role.
* Understands how to develop and deliver effective marketing strategy across multiple platforms.
* Has hands-on experience with CRM, content creation, and social media.
* Is confident using data to evaluate campaign success and inform decision-making.
* Brings excellent communication skills and a collaborative working style.
* Has strong organisational and project management abilities.
Desirable:
* Familiarity with tools like Mailchimp, Wordpress, or Adobe Creative Suite.
* Experience working across both B2B and B2C sectors.
* An interest or experience in photography or video content creation.
