HARP has an exciting new recruitment opportunity for 1 New Housing Project Worker who will join a newly established team to provide a service across 3 new projects.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating and providing a personalised, Recovery Informed Service to people with complex needs within a therapeutic environment.
To be considered for this role, you would need to be flexible, empathetic, inclusive and resilient. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential.
Though not essential, it is preferable to have worked with vulnerable clients in a housing or support setting before. A Full Driving Licence is desirable.
