We are currently seeking a customer focused and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and identify new business opportunities.
What you'll do:
Build Strong Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and effectively.
Develop Strategic Account Plans: Craft and execute comprehensive plans to achieve sales goals and identify new opportunities for growth.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that your clients receive the highest quality service, tailored to their specific needs and budget.
Manage Client Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contract updates and renewals.
Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's reach and revenue.
What you'll need:
Account Management experience, proven ability to maximise accounts and build relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to build rapport with clients and effectively convey information.
Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail to manage client records, track progress, and ensure smooth operations.
Ability to take initiative, lead projects, and manage complex relationships
