Responsibilities
* Advising potential customers with information on insurance products.
* Effective use of a dialler system to make outbound calls.
* Accepting inbound calls from lead generation team.
* Making outbound calls to quote requests on the dialler.
* To cross- & up-sell covers to existing members on renewal.
* Effective closing sales at the target conversion rate.
* Managing call backs to ensure customers are contacted at the requested time.
* Delivering excellent customer service in a professional manner.
* Working individually and as a team.
* Abiding to GDPR.
* Abiding to FCA regulations.
Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
