What’s the role? This role is all about providing exceptional service to our customers, As a growing business we are expanding the channels we use to acquire new customers and we want to make sure that whatever way a customer originates they can be onboarded safely and their experience with us is great, every time. The Customer Success representative will be responsible for supporting clients from the beginning of their journey with Lumon right through post-transaction support, working with other departments as needed to ensure good customer outcomes and creating experiences that have customers trading with Lumon again and again. What you’ll be doing day to day: Proactively reach out to clients who appear stuck in the customer journey and may require assistance Provide demos of our customer portal to customers and prospective customers, as needed Answer customer queries regarding set-up, trading, beneficiaries and payments in a timely and helpful manner Reach out to customers, when required, to obtain additional details and/or paperwork to help facilitate their account and payment Provide exceptional customer support to clients and prospective clients via email or telephone The most important attribute you can bring to this job is your ambition to have a big impact on a growing business, a willingness to work hard and the right ingenuity to make that happen.
