My client is looking for a consultant to join their managed services team. The role requires deep product knowledge and expertise, with excellent internal and customer-facing communication skills. Working in a small but growing team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including system administration, configuration, general troubleshooting and knowledge transfer for our Managed Service customers.

Responsibilities & Duties:
1. General administration of internal product offerings.
2. Review, investigate and resolve client MSO (Managed Service Offering) requests related to product offerings.
3. To understand end-to-end business processes and define new and improved practices where appropriate.
4. Learn to identify issues and appropriately escalate requests as necessary to senior colleagues and other internal teams.
5. Ensure customer questions and challenges are effectively answered, taking ownership of issues to conclusion.
