Job Title: HR Manager Location: Heathrow Hybrid Salary: Up to £60k (DOE) Are you an experienced HR Manager looking to join an amazing global business who is a leader in its field? HR Manager Role Overview: In this exciting role, you'll be at the heart of our Clients people strategy - leading the hiring process, shaping employee benefits and wellbeing initiatives, and supporting career growth through training and development. You will also be responsible for providing employment law advice and keeping updated on any potential new regulations that could impact the business. What the HR Manager role will involve: Enhancing the overall employee experience by implementing initiatives that create a positive and supportive workplace. Assisting with recruitment efforts, collaborating with employment agencies to attract and select top talent. Advising management on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. Developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and business requirements. Arranging support services, such as counselling, to promote employee wellbeing and a healthy work environment. Managing disciplinary processes, handling complaints, and ensuring fair and effective resolutions. Supporting salary negotiations and providing advice on employment laws to maintain fair and compliant pay practices. HR Manager role requirements: Previous HR Generalist/HR Manager experience At least CIPD Level 5 qualified Strong recruitment experience and hiring process knowledge Solid understanding of HR best practices and current regulations in relation to employment law (if you have EU employment law knowledge even better) Training and development experience would also be beneficial, although not a necessity.
