Job Role:
Operating within such a specialist retailer environment, there is a need to be capable of selling across all areas of store merchandise. Whatever the reason for visiting the store, clientele expect sound product knowledge, the best customer service etiquette, and place trust in the team's purchasing recommendations.
You need to be quietly confident in showcasing luxury goods, ever conscious of best security and service protocols, while delighting in delivering merchandise enlightenment that matches any given request. The future in client service is becoming ever more sophisticated and diverse, asking for individual commitment and personal effort. This is the challenge that you can envisage yourself & your service values building upon for years to come.
Your wish is to serve established customers with ever more proficiency while attracting patronage from jewellery & watch buyers that may be new but will, in time, become enduring and loyal purchasers.
Experience that would suit:
1. It would be relevant to have a good retail sales awareness of luxury goods - be it watches, fine jewellery, or any other equally discerning sphere of consumer goods.
2. Individually, you will feel at ease within a meticulously ordered store environment and be equally content supporting colleagues alongside taking any specific sales lead.
3. It could well be that you have previously had responsibility for a specific brand or product area which has required you to liaise externally with suppliers as well as train & educate your peers/associates.
4. Merchandising standards have always been a forte of yours, and you are able to replicate to perfection VM guides where given, ensuring that compliance with the bigger brand picture is never compromised.
5. Character-wise, you are ultra-efficient, able to administrate across varying areas with the exactness required, whilst possessing a persona that engages all to rightly expect the best outcome time & time again.
Working hours reflect the inward confidence of the business; the store elects not to trade on bank holidays, Sundays, or participate in any late-night opening.
