Job Title: Lettings Manager
Key Purpose of Job:
* Oversee the management of lettings and additional school usage services for Fusion School Services Ltd, a subsidiary of the Tedwragg Trust.
* Manage various lettings across the Trust and external schools.
* Develop the service within individual schools, seek opportunities to increase lettings, promote the service, and implement efficient systems and practices.
* Develop community partnerships to access facilities and work closely with schools.
* Develop and implement a lettings strategy to grow the business.
Key Duties and Accountabilities:
* Review and maintain booking systems, processes, and policies to improve efficiencies for users, schools, and lettings teams.
* Receive and resolve all complaints internally and externally.
* Manage all accounts, ensuring bookings comply with relevant policies.
* Ensure adequate staffing levels for authorised bookings.
* Provide data, information, and reports as required by the Fusion management team and board.
* Manage, review, and update lettings health, fire, and safety compliance in line with statutory regulations.
* Full line management of lettings staff, including induction, training, performance, and appraisals.
* Audit and review the lettings business to identify future opportunities and ensure efficient service delivery.
* Review and implement letting policies.
* Carry out duties as instructed by the PFI and Soft Facilities contracts manager and report any on-site damage.
* Ensure working practices comply with training provided.
* Ensure all cleaning materials are used according to instructions and training.
* Authorise and submit timesheets and work logs on the payroll platform.
* Manage safeguarding in line with policy.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £39,513.00 per year
