Job Overview
An exciting opportunity to join our innovative and dynamic eating disorders service for children & young people in Northamptonshire. We are looking for an experienced dietitian who has experience of working with children and young people with eating disorders and has knowledge of ARFID and appropriate dietetic interventions and strategies.
We strive to support and develop our staff and are committed to working together to improve the future of our service, not only for patients and carers, but also for our staff. You will have access to clinical supervision within the dietetic team and the wider CEDS MDT.

You will be working as an autonomous practitioner, will have excellent dietetic assessment skills and be able to create dietetic interventions that are linked into the wider MDT care plans. You will be involved in developing care pathways, will work closely with the MDT to improve patient care and experience, be passionate about behaviour change approaches and lead on service improvement projects. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use different approaches flexibly to meet the needs of our patients and promote engagement. The caseload will be challenging but management approaches will be shared and discussed with the MDT.
