Administrator - Nazeing Morgan Fire Protection specialises in the delivery of planned and corrective maintenance of fire detection systems and portable extinguishers. While the majority of Morgan Fire’s operational resources are based around London, we provide national coverage through our reactive delivery model. We are currently looking to appoint a new Administrator to join our team located at our office in Nazeing. Basic Salary – £25,000 per annum subject to experience Pension, Life Assurance & much more. – Please see our generous remuneration packages below Morgan Fire Protection’s Administrator’s Provide strong Administration support to key departments within Morgan Fire Protection. Answering emails – from customers and engineers, ensuring prompt action is taken. Monitoring the shared department inbox and actioning as required. Logging calls on the CRM System (CASH) Assigning jobs to engineers (creating and publishing schedules) Raising quotations Answering general telephone enquiries General office administration as required to support the smooth running of the department Dealing with engineer queries, help support and resolve any issues they may have, Assist client accounts Data input Any other adhoc business requirements as required Requirements Who We’re Looking For As well as having all the usual attributes of a great Morgan Fire Protection employee, such as; a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, well presented and professional at all times, ability to work alone and as part of a team… For this specific opportunity, we are looking for candidates who offer: Previous experience in an admin based role Experience with scheduling engineers for works to be carried out would be an advantage Confident and flexible individual. Excellent administration and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise workload daily and work to tight deadlines. Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
