Our Digital team is in search of a Senior Digital Projects Manager, who will be crucial in supporting our technological direction and nurturing a high-performing team.

We want to empower our teams to deliver exceptional results, and the Senior Digital Projects Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the way we do this.
Some of the key responsibilities:
* Providing leadership across multiple projects, aligning programmes with business priorities and ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives.
* Leading a team consisting of analysts, project managers, and senior project managers, ensuring that projects are well-scoped, well-managed, and delivered to the highest standards, whilst fostering a culture of collaboration and empowerment.
* Managing relationships with third-party vendors and suppliers involved in digital projects, ensuring they meet service-level agreements and deliver value to the project.
* Providing communication at a strategic level, ensuring that digital project goals are clearly articulated to senior leadership and across the organisation.
Requirements: Your Expertise and Leadership
To thrive as a Senior Digital Project Manager, we're looking for:
* Extensive experience in digital project management or program management roles, already proven in a senior management capacity, leading teams of business analysts and project managers in a technology function.
* Proven background managing large-scale, complex digital projects, particularly in fast-moving, delivery-focused environments.
* Demonstrated expertise in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
