If that sounds like you, we’re currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join our sales team, helping new and returning customers to find a brand new vehicle, meeting their specification and budget requirements.
Knowles Fleet is one of the UK’s leading transport management service providers, with a managed fleet of over 20,000 vehicles, helping hundreds of organisations up and down the country to successfully run their fleets. Our team of 60 work from our head office in Great Bentley near Colchester. There is a main line station nearby and on-site car parking. Working hours are Mon – Thurs 08:30 – 17:30, Fri 08:30 – 16:30.

What you’ll do
1. Engage with customers who have enquiries about leasing a brand new car, providing expert advice on best value deals, vehicle specification and availability.
2. Explain the different payment methods available to customers including Salary Sacrifice & Salary Deduction.
3. Provide customers with support and expert advice on vehicle makes and models [training provided].
4. Work together as part of a team to increase uptake and grow our lease car fleet.
Essential skills
1. Self-motivated, team player.
2. Logical, solutions focused with good attention to detail.
3. Strong customer service skills, great with people.
4. Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
5. Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
6. Experience in the motor trade is desirable, but not essential.
7. Knowledge of cars and commercial vehicles also desirable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: Starting at £25,000 per annum + Bonus, increasing to band 2 on satisfactory completion of the 6 month probation (£26,780 + Bonus).
Additional pay:
1. Bonus scheme.
2. Performance bonus.
3. Yearly bonus.
Schedule:
1. Monday to Friday.
